Caulfield Referral Network is a non-profit organisation incorporated in Victoria, Australia. Our membership base covers Southern and South Eastern metropolitan Melbourne.

The goal of Caulfield Referral Network is to promote small business growth and development within the following Melbourne suburbs:

Caulfield Referral Network is a chapter of The Referral Network Inc. The Referral Network Incorporated is a Pro-active group of Business Men and Women with an interest in referring potential customers to other members in the group. By giving and receiving referrals, trading honestly and openly to each other and our clients, we hope to build a self sustaining network of professionals and tradespeople.

Caulfield Referral Network Inc. is a non-profit organisation which admits one member from each profession. Each person must participate in giving referrals in the course of their normal business with people in the community that could benefit from the services of another member of the group.

The basic premise is that referrals are the most trusted potential lead available to all businesses and these lead to a higher sales conversion rate. If referrals are made genuinely and honestly, and properly followed up by members, this leads to greater customer satisfaction and increased business for all members of the group. As we all know, great referrals lead to repeat business and further referrals.
